Bon Jovi - Live In Concert Acoustic New Jersey 04?
 

So I'm taking this from DC. It supposed to be taped professionally, no amateur work...they say.
Any idea what is it, anyone seen. It is about 60 minutes long... haven't seen it yet though...?

Probably the TLFR webcast from borgata.

The only thing I recall from 2004 in New Jersey was the Borgata box set show in Nov of 2004. It sure as hell was not acoustic. Perhaps someone confused it with the TLFR concert from Nov 2003 - that wasn't really acoustic either and it was a lot longer than 60 min.

So - I'm not much help.
