ok read the bit about the boos from the crowd! it just kinda seems to me that the bon jovi fans were being very anti-war lol r so this report would have it seem!! Move over Bono!!!! lol |
That's, uh, an awful lot of laughing out loud you're doing.
|
That's actually just embarassing... :o
|
Yeah, thats not cool
|
any politician knows that can happen any time they are on a platform. im sure hes heard a lot worse than that. to call it a chorus of boos is over the top.
|
there is a time and plave for everything ... what the hell was Gordon Brown doing there !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dawn |
It definitely was a chorus of boos.
He had to start his speech three times, to be heard over the crowd booing him. I didn't think that the boos were called for, especially since he wasn't there as a political speaker. That being said, he must've expected something like that. Still, it felt a bit embarrassing the way the crowd booed him. But it was spontaneous. |
How convenient though that neither Bon Jovi's induction nor their performance was mentioned. Not a particularly good piece of (objective) journalism, this one.
|
apparantly george martin asked him to do it as they are friends?
in terms of heckling a politician that was nothing |
