what was the guitar that richie was playing during the hall of fame set for IML, it sounded awsome , am i right in thinking the tuning keys are at the back of the head bit...........:confused:

If that's the guitar I think it is, it's NOT a Rickenbacker. It looks like one of the ones Lumpy built for him this past tour.

yeah, that butt ugly thing is custom made for Richie.
Though it's sound it's superb.
On the HAND tour he played almost the whole entire shows with it and anopther variation of it that he has.

It's custom built by Lumpy and it has a Floyd Rose :).

its a FR prototype he picked it up at some guitar show or so ive heard.

o yeh and as for the tuners, its a speedloader bridge therefore the headstock is basically got no tuning heads and is bare

says the guy who thought it was a line 6 variax a few months back..............................
