You know, they got this one in the bag I think. On top of that, I'm pretty angry at the fact that their first Grammy win won't be of their own genre of music. Am I the only one upset at that?

Plus I have a feeling this will be one of those "winners-listed-on-screen-at-commercial-break-because-nobody-cares" categories. |
woohoo, they may actually win one this year! Only another, what, 21 grammys to go before they catch up on U2!
Meh. Surely they have an award for Tour of the year or something? I'd be happier with them winning one for that, or obviously Best Album, but HAND winning a grammy? That would just be funny. andi |
I think it'd be a bit of a slap if they won for their first country hit; as if Jon loosing to a singing crab in 1991 wasn't bad enough.

I think it's great news. It will be very ironic if their first Grammy win is for country vs. rock. But, hey, at this point, just getting one would be a start.

So many good songs in the long past (>ktf), a few good song in the last 6 years and who says gets all the credits??
(talking US that is...) Not really sure that is the song I would like them to have a hit with... can't wait for the new album ;) They should just re-release These Days in the US, a few will notice & maybe it will bomb.... |
if their first grammy is for a country collaboration, what can i say... it's just embarrassing
