Our first real gig... at our school.
 

..might sound weird after seeing my video which I sent here months ago but things have changed...

21.12.06 Hyvinkää’s Joint Upper Secondary School

Our new and the first album is supposed to come out in February...which is promoted by us:)... so this was our first promotion gig. It is not that official, you cannot find it from the stores but it is soooo fun! The new album is titled “Made By Love” and the first single is called “We Smiled” which was familiar at this point to the whole school...
Show was meant to start at 9pm and the whole house was already full at half past 8. About 400 people had made their way to see us play for cost of 10 euros. After the show audience knew it was worth it! The set supposed to last about an hour but we and audience were so out of control that the show went on and on. The amazing show came to an end at 11.20pm... It was way over 2 hours of rocking!!! Fortunately we had written over 30 songs for the album so there were no problems of continuing the show although we hadn’t practiced even half of those songs...:) Here’s the set list.

If there's anyway, I'd love to get ahold of the album when it comes out man!! Sounds like an awesome show!

Damned was GREAT, audience was wild and Novocaine was also pretty memorable even though that wasn't part of the original plan but lot of people sang along with the chorus, there are many BJ fans in our school.
But I have to say that Wild Is The Wind was far the best cover we played that night. The intro went on like 5 minutes. We once used to play that song but it was about half an year ago so our lead-guitarist had to improvise a lot but it was so cool... solo and everything, the song went on almost 15 minutes!

I'll be posting when the day is coming. It might be pretty hard but not impossible at all. I'll do my best:)
And yes, show was awesome, people went nuts after the first encore when they noticed that show isn't about to end at all... There was a poster on the door of our school which said that we are gonna play from 9pm to 10pm...
After playing over 2 hours it felt kinda fantastic!

i had a gig the other nite at a local christmas fair, just me and my mate on 2 acoustics. not a bad performace, just couldnt really feel my fingers because of the cold lol
