Problems with bonjovi.com videos

I'm having trouble seeing the videos on bonjovi.com. No matter how many times I sign up, it tells me that "you're not a bonjovi.com insider".

Anyone else experience similar difficulties?

I can sign up, but I cannot watch the videos today (I've seen them before).

I have also problems with bonjovi.com videos, even when I am Insider and A XS member. Always, when I try to open some video, there is a warning that "Iexplorer has generated errors and windows will close the program" and Internet is shutdown.
