So what's with the new fan club backstagejbj? It's been going over 3 months and there is hardly anything on the site but a message board. Members don't get any news letters any more, but still - no real on line content. No biographies, no recent photos, not even any from the London fan club trip, no videos and Jon doesn't seem to have time to write quartley mail any more. Instead of them getting the website going the staff or the boss is more interested in making even more money out of the fans with a fan club trip cruise, oh and I forgot Merchandise, money, money money. I think it's time BSJBJ got their web site together to give us some more on line content for our money. Because if there are no shows and you can't afford to go on the fan club trips there is nothing for your $50.00 but a message board, very disappointing! Why? I hear you say post this on here? Because the majority of the members who will disagree and be bitchy go on the trips. What are your thoughts?

I'm glad I didn't rejoin, although I am thinking about it now with the potential for some shows around the release of Lost Highways. I would hate to miss out on a concert even if it means giving my money over to that piece of crap fan-club.

I re-signed up simply to go to the Q&A. Since then, we have heard nothing. Pretty disappointing really. How exciting...a FC Cruise without the band.... great stuff!

I completely agree. It's a waste of money. So much for the 'new and improved'! If anything it's got worse due to not getting any letters from Jon anymore.
I wish you would post your thoughts on Backstage - I would certainly back you up.
At the end of the day we are paying for a product and we therefore have a right to complain for not getting value for money.

And face the backlash from Mary Beth and her faithfull followers? I really wouldn't waste my time and energy. She tore shreads out of everyone who had a single negative comment regarding the FC, until she found out that there was no FC SEATING during the second leg of the USA HAND tour.

I won't waste my time on there with the flock. Whats the point, they are the only ones that don't get banned. I've had my say on here, it will get over there without me posting there. It's a shame really, it could have been a good site, but it seems to be all half hearted for the fans and all money making for the club.
