How can I attach an image?

Click 'Post reply' instead of the 'Quick reply' and there is a button 'attach a filn' somewhere below the text input box

Does the image have to be online? There's no way I can upload it, have nowhere to put it.

It's really strange though, the forum's just not there for me!

I mean you can upload it to drycounty using the manage attachments thing on the forum

Sorry, I just can't find where I can upload attachments.

The only place that comes close is User CP > Attachments, but it only shows the attachments that I've uploaded. I can't actually do anything there.

In my Posting Rules, it says "You may not post attachments". I may post new threads, replies and edit my threads, but not post attachments.

I don't get it :confused:

I can't post attachments, and I can't see the Introduce Yourself forum. I'm wondering what other wonderful features I'm missing!

Now I'm just feeling sorry for myself.
