Well, the gig went brilliantly! I take my hat off to the Forfar crowd because the room was bouncing all night and they made us feel really welcome - it was a great night for all.

As promised, here is the only song we managed to record (:() as unfortunately we had no access to a video camera or soundboard recording facilities on the night and so had to make do with a digital camera audio recording instead. Quality isn't great and I apologise for the backing vocals leading into the first chorus! Made a real hash of it but that's live music I s'pose - sometimes it goes wrong!:D

Hopefully the rest of the song sounds OK though.

i cant listen to it on this laptop but once mine gets back from the shop on wednesday ill listen to it.

glad it went well ive got my 1st gig in ages on saturday night and i can't wait even though i know chances are the crowd will be shit.

sayign that, after years of doing pay to play gigs ill happilly take a wedge just for turning up and playing and let the venue worry about whos there to see us :-)

once you get into the swing of things with the band you should hit graham up for some merch, i think you cold sell a shitload of T's and pinbadges with the saltire HAND logo on it.

Might be in touch with your bro soon about merch stuff Jim. I agree that the saltire HAND logo would be a good way to go as it is obviously Jovi oriented and doesn't necessarily relate specifically to our trib band so it will appeal to more than just peeps who wanna wear our trib band tee. :)
