SNL Skit - Jon Bovi
 

Anybody else catch this on Saturday Night Live tonight? These two guys walk into an office to sign a record deal and Jamie Presley played the assistant. By the way they looked, she asked if they were a band like Bon Jovi and they said they weren't even close and that they hated Bon Jovi. They told her their name and it ended up being "Jon Bovi". haha. The two guys then went on to sing a parody of Wanted and then a parody of Bad Medicine. At the end of the skit, they showed their CD cover and it had the Bon Jovi font with the letters "Jon Bovi, never covers a Scorpions song" or something like that. It was solid. Look for it on youtube or something.

No I didn't catch it. I have the old Sat Night Live dance skit which is funny as hell. Maybe they will repeat it. I'll look for it.

Sounds funny. Weren't Jon and Richie in a skit on the show once when the band was playing the music for that night? I think I remember it from like 2000 or 2001. I remember the two of them sitting at a table in like a gymnasium looking room and these guys come in with a boom box and they're auditioning for something. I don't really remember what it was about. I don't know, maybe I'm getting confused thinking of something else. I wonder if it would be on Youtube or somewhere.
