All you lucky British people

For days I've been craving for a good Sunday roast, with its delicious Yorkshire pudding. To think most of you will have eaten that today makes me very jealous.

My mouth waters just to look at this:

That is a BEAST of a roast ... although I won't be having one today as my housemate is hosting a barbeque

Can't you get all the bits and pieces and make a Sunday roast then? I make a pretty mean one :p

We usually have roast pork over here. Roast beef we have sometimes at Christmas, but it's not the same, something feels totally different. And Yorkshire pudding is not well-known over here. Though I've printed out a recipe and got my mum to try it next Sunday :D So we'll see.

But I'm desperate for a genuine one!

I was going to have a roast...but forgot to take the meat out of the freezer in time!

So we're on beef and chicken stirfry with potato gratin! fusion cooking!;)

Yes we do, but their roast beef is not the same. There's some secret step either in English cows (hopefully not madnes :p) or in English cooking.
