Vancouver Island

Does Vancouver island count? If so, I'll raise my hand.

Either of you heading to Calgary & Edmonton?

The Northern Cowboy 06-09-2007 10:29 PM

Nope, I can't go, although I wish I could. If only they'd come just a bit more west. They've neglected to come to Vancouver since what, the early 90's?? A lot of my generation (atleast around here) have either never heard of Bon Jovi or labelled them as being gay:mad:   . Come on Bon Jovi, show Vancouver how to ROCK again!!!:(

Not the HAND tour. If they had, I would have been there ;) Did they come to Vancouver on a more recent tour?

Nah your right, I thought I listened to a bootleg yesterday of a Vancouver show. I did, but it was not BJ

I think you're right, it was the early 90's. The only got as close as Seattle on the HAND tour.

I'm with you - it would be great if they come back. I'd like to think they'd be well received here again. Doesn't seem possible if radio isn't playing their music. I haven't heard Jovi on a Vancouver radio stations since the 90's, lol. Maybe with the next tour, they will surprise us. They haven't been to Calgary in nearly that long & Alberta got 2 dates for for the summer shows.

Sorry you can't be there. I'll let you know how it goes when I get back, if you're interested.

Peg

I heard MAM on (I think) Z95.3, and my friend told me it was played on 103.5 qmfm as well (which is where I had requested the song). Who Says also got played a bit on the country station. However, the classic rock stations play Bon Jovi sparingly it seems :( They're always too busy playing Led Zeppelin

For sure!! For those of us less fortunate, fill us in!!!;) Enjoy the concert and the Stampede!

I'm looking into the Jersey shows, but if that doesnt go through, I'm going to try the Calgary show.
