Still not received tickets from ticketline help!!
 

Hi, ive still not received my tickets from ticketline with 1 week to go, theyre shut now till monday apparently, well customer services is, the ticket sales is still open, what should i do? Has anyone used them before to buy tickets? Hope theyre not a fake ticket company???

Ticketline is a legit company. You'll just have to be patient I guess.

i've used ticketline quite a few times and had no problems...

phone them up today if you are that worried about not recieving your tickets

ive phoned them and they have said they havent even received them from the promotors yet! They said give it till thursday and ring again and if not then they will issue duplicate ones and i can collect them from the venue, now excuse me for being synical here but if they havent even received them from the promotors how can they issue duplicates and get them to the box office at the o2? If the promotors havent sent them to them how on earth do they expect them to send them to the o2 arena?? I have a feeling im not going to be going on sunday!!

You'll get in. you have 'your' seat reserved for you. What will most probably happen is you'll go to the box office with your confirmation/proof of purchase and they'll let you in.

Don't panic.

As was said before, you just have to take the confirmation (with the confirmation code on it) and the card you used to book the tickets with (this is very important) with you on the day, and you can pick them up from the ticket office.

If you used someone else's card to book the tickets, take a photocopy of the card (both sides) and get them to write and sign a letter saying they've bought the tickets but they're your tickets. You don't necessarily need this, but it's always best to make sure!

The ticket office opens at 6pm.
