Have you ever had that emotion - when Jon or the band, or another rock star sings right at you....

My fiancee's recently had it with JD Fortune and she's not been right since. This is a poem about that sensation

Inspired by INXS 'Disappear'

Looking at salvation,
Its the secret that shines in your eyes,
Only you can save me,
Otherwise, I'll be dying soon sometime,
My whole world vanishes,
Disappears into the gloom,
Leaving you, the last one standing,
And me down here, dancing to your tune.

You've blown away the cobwebs,
That tangled up my life,
Bound me to your heartstrings,
Stopped my breath but I'm still alive,
Thoughts of you,
Swirl around my head,
Everything else tumbles into oblivion,
You've become my world instead.

You've touched me in a place,
I've never been touched before,
Worked some sort of magic on me,
Now I don't function anymore,
I'm burning up,
On fire because of you,
My universe in flames,
Longing to feel you again,
Its all incinerated,
Cinders and ash,
Nothing exists,
Nothing can last,
Except you,
Don't you disappear from me too.

What do you mean with 'she's not been right since'?

Acting like a schoolgirl with a major crush, and this is a girl who's lusted after Jovi for years, but she's never been THIS obsessed by somehing before....I'm almost worried :p

I got no problem with some lust, but obsession... How bad is it?
