I agree Matt. Very strange indeed. At least Jon hasn't completely forgotten about The Distance, and you never know...we might get to hear that again on the forthcoming tour :D

The 11th song was Wanted Dead or Alive. Maybe The Distance was played in Japan because it has been a single there
