Sixth-Form Prom
 

Last night I had my sixth-form prom (kind of like a senior prom for the yanks among us)... what does this have to do with Bon Jovi you may ask?

Well about twenty minutes from the end the DJ put this amazing dance mix of Livin' On A Prayer on (it really did the song justice) and everyone on the floor was punching their fists up in the air and belting out those classic lyrics!

Truly a timeless song :cool:

They played 'Prayer at my prom last year.

At my prom all they basically played was reggaeton music. :(

Jordan James did a dance version of LOAP which I thought was pretty good in a non-Jovi, dancey type way!

I've heard a lot of rotten dance mixes of LOAP, I prefer it when the DJ just plays the normal version.

Generally speaking I don't like most dance mixes of rock songs. I do however, have somewhere an 80's Mix with Bad Name, AC/DC, Deep Purple etc that is pretty good, and a pretty awesome mix of IML.
