A silly little thread, but was just wondering what Pet's people here have....

I've got a little mini Jack Russell called Blaze (of glory, of course :p). She's 3 years old but so small everyone still mistakes her for a puppy. She's a tricolour and has a great character. In all honesty, I hated small yappy dogs before and wanted a great big lump like an Old English Sheepdog (I've had two of those before) but my dog is cracking!!!!

I did have two cats that we've had since I was 5, but they've both had to be put down over the last year and a bit :(

That sucks! Would you get any more?

Two rats (Abby and Lilly), an immortal finch named Raven, and a slightly evil quaker parrot named Kato.

I had two cats for years also. Then my tuxedo cat got lymphoma and had to be put down :( So I have one older alley cat at the present. I would get another but since the kids have all grown up we tend to travel more than we did and getting someone to take care of the cats while I am gone is not easy. We are going down the shore in August and I am having to bribe my son to come by the house and feed and water the cat LOL.

We had a budgie from before I was born, then got a dog when I was about 6. The budgie died years ago and we got another, and the dog died about 6 years ago, and we got our current dog. We did have another budgie, but he died too. We had a hamster at one point and have some fish too now.

What is it with Parrots? They always seem to be possessed by the devil.

The last of our fish died the other day. Decided not to bother with anymore....they can never tell you what's wrong with them and aren't very good at fetching things (although, saying that, neither is my dog).

I'll happily come to NJ and look after it, but you'd need to pay for my flights :p
