Don't they visit Canada at every tour though?
But anyway most acts say the same thing and don't really mean it.

Bon Jovi has pretty much only hit the east - Toronto and Montreal - for the better part of a decade. With the sell outs and crowd reaction hopefully they will come back west again when the official tour kicks off.

He only said that to keep you chilled for a bit,Like when you say to a girl "I had a great night and Ill phone you during the week"its just polite to say these things they couldnt just take the money and run-Thats called being a prostitute.

Considering how much Canadian support they get (Lost Highway has been #1 3 weeks in a row since it debuted), they better start coming here more.

Haven't confirmed but I am pretty sure they did a 4 night run in Toronto, a show in Montreal, and then came back on the stadium tour and did a field in Montreal. They never came out West.
