Greek Fires

Saw this on the news yesterday.Looks terrible .Some are saying it was started on purpose so that developers can build houses on the land after, as there were restrictions before. Just hope everyone will be ok . Anyone heard from greek people here? |

yes it's really bad, it's out of control.. the whole greece is burning. in the city centre of athens (where i am) the sky is covered by dark red, gloomy clouds, the air is so heavy and stuffy that is difficult to breathe and ash is falling from the sky.
it's unbelievable, more than 50 people are dead and lots are missing. i'll post some pics to see how the sky looks like. |

Not even a year ago I've visited all those places. Unbelievable!
I hope they'll catch those retarded bastards who caused the fires on purpose! They should burn alive. Really. Another sad thing is that this is gone so political because of the upcoming election. A good thing is to see how people and countries try to help, like France for example. |
Its a strange to say but your pictures and really stunning .Its such a terrible shame that so much is being lost. Hope the fires can be put out soon.
