Well, if the pics are recent, it's nice to see tha Jon's not to fussed about covering up his hairline.

Thanks for the clarification.

Here's what I don't get about Bruce fans, they act like their god is diminishing himself if he dares to step onstage with Jon or anyone else they consider a lesser being. I find this incredibly narrow minded, especially since the man they worship has spent most of his career, mixing genres, styles, stomping on boundries and refusing to let himself get boxed into anything. It seems to me that being open minded would be the order of the day over there, but it never seems to be. I just don't get it.

I don't think etiquette would allow Jon to invite them to the party with the stipulation that they had to jam. You can't demand that your party guests work.

anyone know what they sang?

Really? so when we invite people round to dinner so long as they cook it thats wrong ?
:p

Well it apparently was spontaneous, according to Bob Burger the musician whose band was playing the party. The only part that he knew about was that Jon was going to come up and sing a few with them, which Jon did to move the party from the dining area down to the dance/party area of the party. The Govenor of NJ is the one that set things off when he led the dancing with the Lindy during WSYCGO.After that according to Burger, it just took off. He said it was surreal to have them all up there. Some of the songs they did were: Long Tall Sally: McCartney did this unwarmed up in the original key spot on according to Burger. Midnight Hour, Honkey Tonk Women, and Roger Waters sang Wish You Were Here.
I would have paid big bucks to see this bunch play together.
