Big Announcement: Engagement!
 

As most of you know, I've been away the past month and a half due to my trip to Pennsylvania and the start of school and school golf tournaments. I'm saddened to say that my trip turned out to be a complete mess thanks to my friend who turned out to be an alcoholic. On Tuesday, I won my fourth college golf tournament of my career.... The biggest thing that has happened was what went down today. About a month and a half ago I went out and bought and engagement ring and I'm proud to announce that on September 13, 2007, my long time girlfriend Heather and I are officially engaged! I'm very happy and excited about the coming year as I think it's going to be one of the most exciting in my life! I'll be around a little more often now that I'm back on a normal schedule! Just thought you should know!

i had a swing of my gf's dads golf clubs yesterday out in their garden.

1st time i've held a club since i was about 10 and suffice to say, i'm glad he's on holiday or he'd have kicked my ass for turfing up substantial amounts of his lawn. :-)

I'm sorry your trip didn't work too well - I was hoping to meet you when you came back here and I never heard from you :(
