They "rehearse" 73 songs and have 14 surprises, of which most have been played the past 5 years during some tour. How impressive. And I'm typing out "rehearse" because there's no way they've really played those 73 songs. Jon's voice would be shot before the shows would start.

And no, this is not a confirmed list, but I'm betting this is what it looks like.

Jon't can no longer sing that one. It's one we'll never hear again unless they tuned it down to A instead of playing it in D.

Haha, well they downtune the song already to C#, they might have to drop it one more key to sound a bit reasonable. It sounded pretty poor in 2003 too. Although the guitarsolos in Amsterdam made up for it.

It's a similar problem to 'In These Arms' though. The high bits are so far out of reach for Jon nowadays that they have to down-tune it a step and a half but that means the low parts during the verses are just too damned low and sound awful. 'I Believe' would suffer equally if they tuned down any more than a half-step.

Thatd suck a bit if they are the 73 songs with all the shitty rehashes of songs... hope they dont continue to do that with songs like Bed Of Roses etc... i'd prefer them to just play a song he can sing properly than play a half arsed version of that or Lay Your Hands On me Etc... if he cant sing em

Same here, it's just lame to play those crappy versions of classics. And it pisses me off, I remember going to the toilets at Giants Stadium last year while BOR TLFR :).

the more annoying thing is im positive Jon could sing songs like Bed Of Roses/Always/Lay Your Hands On Me as well as he did during most of 2000/2001

which wasnt amazing but acceptable...i know id rather hear a Bed of Roses like what was on the VH1 live from giants 2001 rather than the TLFR version...

maybe Jon dont wanna damage his voice anymore by straining it though i guess....which is fair enough.... tis just a shame that i didnt get chance to hear the full blown versions...uuummm

Why waste your valuable time compiling a fictional list just so you can then go on and rant about it? It really is an unnecessary to mark your return to a board where everybody already knows who you are and what you're about. Save your discontent for the moment a list of songs played over the 10 nights becomes available and it may come across as something with a little more substance than a childish internet rant.
