Worldwide Album Sales
 

Wikipedia is of course wrong much of the time, but I found this interesting.

No way has the band sold 250 million records. That's definitely wrong.
if you look under Bon Jovi, it states the band has sold over 160 million records. Even that is a far off number.

You can post anything on Wikipedia. On the press releases that bonjovi.com seem to put out every other week, the figure has been 120 million.

I stil don't believe it, even 100 Mil seems too much for wordwide sales.

Wikipedia is only good for some articles, say if you wanna read up on physics, animals, biology, geology and stuff like that. Who would wanna vandalize that? Everything else is just a bunch of biased opinions.

The band themselves can't lie, they'd be found out straight away. If they say it's 120 million, it's 120 million.

I still say about 120 mil (little more, little less) is an acurate number.

HAND as sold 10 million according th that site, but i no for a fact it has sold more than 5million which is the the true figure as i have seen 3 people buy it in HMV this week. 5,0003 :p

As a keen wikipedian I noticed someone inflated all the figures a few days ago. But I agree that if the press releases say 120 million, thats what it is, otherwise they would be telling us all about it.

That's true. They used to have numbers out there that seemed right for each album.

yeah 160 is surely still a bit off. If the box set marked 100,000,000 then i reckon they're at about 130,000,000 after HAND and Highway tops.

Bring on the next album, i cany believe how big highway is, HAND is much better, well except, Any Other Day and Seat Next to You.
