Tickets in the US?
 

Where does everyone get their tickets in the US? is it just ticketmaster? I never seem to get what I want with ticketmaster. I tried today for the Tampa gig on the pre-sale and the seats were rubbish, so I decided to wait until tomorrow and see if I get better luck.

Anyone know of any other sites I can try?

Ticketmaster has a monopoly on ticket sales in the US. Some bands have tried to go around them (PearlJam) but have mostly lost.

Ticketmaster cannot stop computer bots from manipulating their systems. Ticket brokers have software that purchases all the tickets the instant that they go on sale. Ticketmaster cannot stop them and honestly has no incentive to, as they do not care who buys the tickets.
