Did anyone else hear Jon lose his rag with Dave last year at the Coventry show? None of my friends heard it and it's bugged me over since!
It was right at the beginning of 'Born To My Baby', i think Dave messed up the intro, and jon said something like 'just play the ****ing song' (wasnt said down the mic, but it picked it up anyway), at which point you could see daves face on the screen as he was playing, looking quite annoyed and a little shock.

can someone tell me i didnt imagine this? thanx!

Yup i was in the 4th row and heard Jon shout this...dont think it was really the mic pikin it up...but could clearly hear his voice...and Richie gave a 'thats life' expression... i dont think it was really just the 1 person go wrong...if it was anyone it was Richie... Dave and Tico came in but Richie didnt...cant remember now what Jon said but you could tell he was pissed off big time! the concert was on edge for a few songs after that but it soon picked back up!

I dont think people around quite known what to make of it...some giggled and some were quite struck...probably thinkin....is this wat Jon is really like?? :P but they are pro's and when playin to crowds that size they really shouldnt be makin school boy era's...

I think Jon shouted 'what the **** was that!, do it again!'

i was 4th row between jon and richie. i heard it clear as day! well funny! 'WHAT THE **** WAS THAT???'
i thought it was aimed at richie, didn't notice the mistake myself.
Richie was pulling 'stressy' faces afterwards. lol!

i was up against the barrier centre stage at the very front of GA standing. only thought it was said towards Dave because his face came on screen.

That show was heading towards being very average all round till they pulled These Days outta the bag.

i wasnt at this show but its quite funny as i dont think i read this last year!

I don't think it was in anger, I remember (from the 3rd row, just right) a grin after JBJ said it, but the tone of his voice was semi-annoyed, semi-taking the piss.

I was about half way back in the seating for the Ricoh, and heard it clear as day too "What the **** was that?". The intro to BTTMB seemed to be out of sync with Dave and Richie.
