Advice...
 

OK, I'm about to lose my lovely Alfa Romeo 2.2 company car because it's very petrol-hungry and environmentally unfriendly which is bad considering I work for a government organisation... :(. But they are replacing it at least, with one of these few:

Mercedes C Class

Which one!? The Merc drives very well apparently and looks great, the Ford is a great feeling thing having ridden in one, and the Lexus looks superb. All would be diesels and overall, the Merc will be fastest...

A Lexus is just an expensive Toyota, which it really shows on the inside and outside, no matter how much wood and leather they'll put into the dashboard and seats. It never really achieves the "wow" feeling you get when you enter a Mercedes, BMW or even a Jaguar nowadays. The Lexus isn't so pretty either, with it's cheap looking rear and dated designs.

I'd go for the Mondeo. It's not the best car of the three (obviously the Mercedes is) but the Mercedes is just ugly from some sides and looks like it's nose is too big. It looks, well, very heavy and in fact it is too. I don't really understand where BMW and Mercedes are going to with their designs anyway, most of their recent cars all look shit while brands like Ford and Opel are looking better and better.

even though it's not as good looking as an SLK or CLK i'd still go with the merc.

merc > anything an american car can offer.

Lexus looks the best :D

it's front end is too fat.

the merc looks kinda shit because it's matte white but it'd look amazing in a nicer colour.

I'm gonna go with the Merc, unless the test drive throws up something bad.

Go for the Ford. You said it drives the nicest, and I like to see dollars spent on American products. But the driving is the most important.
