they totally removed that letter that someone wrote (^?) to matt expressing how people were pissed off and let down. got up to around 14/15 pages signed by members and then it just vanished, we need a proper campaign outside of the fc cause we cant have anything inside. thats three of us $200 for nothing. thats just called theft

Over on the boards it is looking a bit dire, none of the old names that caused hell, infact I don't recognise any of the names! Seems like they have killed off all the old battle horses and left the dumb agreeable ones there (not including me of course!).

well if they were mailed and written at official addresses (both postal & mail) that one did everything in their power to solve the problem.
By not even reacting means backstage doesn't even want to participate for a solution. When it comes to that stage THEN its normal to sew and let the judge decide over here.
I understanded in the US it takes a shitload less. It's the not reacting and thinking, ooh we are the official fanclub of freakin' Bon Jovi, **** them, **** those fans, wich is pissing me off.
I wouldn't even wanted to buy tickets

they cancelled my membership, it doesn't exist anymore. After 2 months of subcription, that's the issue
