Chaos, again
 

Well, I think I have my tickets for Barcelona, though not yet physically. After a couple of hours freezing in the queue while the server - both for the shop and the online shop - was down and the lines for purchasing the tickets by telephone were constantly engaged I finally got lucky and managed to get my tickets by phone, meaning I could have stayed warm at home and would have got them all the same.

And it's always the same with this stupid system. Every time I try to buy tickets or someone asks me to buy them for them, the damn server is unvariably down. Couldn't someone just reconsider the system or at least upgrade/whatever the server?

Of course I haven't been able to pick up the tickets. In fact the selling booth had to close down for the whole day because they could see they were getting nowhere. Some of the people in the queue, though, managed to get a few when ticktackticket (the online shop) brought some physical tickets there.

Now I'll be dreading something's gone wrong with my purchase until I have my tickets in my hands :(

cant you phone the company up where you got tickets from once all the hype has settled?

I'll try to pick them up tomorrow and if I still can't then I'll give them a call.
