Yeah - I just got mine too. What crappy presentation. Mine will go in a regular CD jewel case to avoid scratching.

I really like a few of the tracks on the album. One of it's problems IMO is the sound vs the content. The sound is very up and happy and the content is pretty dark.

Cool! It would be nice to hear the Bon Jovi shows from the Pru aswell as the Springsteen shows. But if you don't want to take the risk to tape it, don't go for it and chicken out - I know more people who did that ;).

Bruce's new album is awesome, my favorite song is by far "Livin' in the Future" it gives me that "Tenth Avenue Freeze-Out" kind of feel, glad you're back Bruce! I'm jealous of all of you who are seeing him. My parents are seeing him in Jersey and I was trying to see him in DC but it didn't work out for the original day (then he added another day when I could've gone but was sold out when I realized!)

He is still The Boss!

The new CD is fantastic! "Livin' In the Future" "Girls In Their Summer Clothes" and "Gypsy Rider" all my top 3 right now. And like someone else said, the CD didn't really grab me out of the box. There didn't seem to be enough quality "hooks" on the CD, but after several listens, it's definitely one of the best of 2007!

On first listen, the stand outs for me are:

Radio Nowhere
Livin' In The Future
Magic
Last To Die

Not quite sure about Devil's Arcade. How he sings it puts me off a bit but for some reason I'm drawn to it.

I have gotten hooked on Magic - the title track. Subtle but excellent.

I know that this is gonna sound like a bit of blasphemy to the more hardcore Bruce fans, but the lack of Thunder Road in the setlists makes me sad..
