Have they been countryfying EVERY song live?

Or are they leaving the twangy crap just for Lost Highway? If I hear violins on Prayer or Wanted, I'm walking out.

The answer would be no. Kurt stays on stage but Lorenza is not even on stage for songs like HAND, LYHOM, Bad Name and others. As far as Wanted, I don't hear it being countried up even with her playing.

Aloha !

Obviously bjcrazycpa is talking out of her arse again, because the answer would be yes. So here's a reply from someone who hasn't been to the shows, but can actually answer your question, unlike such a ****ing clueless backstage moron who focusses more on Jon's pants than to the songs the pants are singing.

There's been a violin in the following songs:

Wild In The Streets
Living In Sin
I'll Be There For You
In These Arms
These Days
Right Side Of Wrong
Joey
The Radio Saved My Life Tonight
Who Says You Can't Go Home
Bells Of Freedom

Most of them sound pathetic and make it sound like they're playing in some forgotten saloon nobody cares about. This effect is achieved by letting Lorenza playing the parts the keyboards of David normally do, and whenever he does so, he multiplies the violins by 20 so that it sounds like an orchestra instead of some drunk violin player like Lorenza.

Hope this helps.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan

I will still take In These Arms with violin over no In These Arms at all.

That's completely unfair because Debs attended numberous Pru shows and I believe one of the Canadian concerts.
I also believe she's one of the least interested in Jon's arse!

Which is why I just said what I said. She's attended so many shows yet says that they do not countryfy the songs up, but does remember Jon's pants.

Not really unfair now, is it?

Don't forget she's in Blood On Blood. Plus, she played the violin in Wanted at Live Earth, the O2 and the Peurto Rico gig, as well as probably all of the other promo dates. I haven't been arsed to search for Wanted at any of the proper tour gigs, cause I've heard it so many damn times.

Whoops, it seems like I forgot one. Thanks. :)

I just deleted all my Lost Highway bootlegs of my hard drive and can't be bothered to pop in a disc to see if she plays on Wanted. I didn't think she did, but it could be after you mentioned Wanted being played that way at Live Earth.

Change is bad. We fear change.

Violins rule.
