UK Support on tour.

Hi does any one know who the support band/artist is going to be when they get to the UK ? We are new on here so may have missed it. Thanks

I'd assume its Razorlight, as they're supporting in Dublin.

Surely Razorlight are too big in their own right, to support Bon Jovi?
They certainly sell more albums.

As long as it's not Big N Rich, I don't care!;)

They're trying to tap into the housewives. 8)

Razorlight appeal to alot more people than housewives. I would say they were more a student band!

well as of now it has been said Big N Rich.... Jon said at the pru, that hes bringing them to europe

richiestar29 12-15-2007 11:36 PM

yeah I was pretty sure it was Big n Rich too. Jon definately said that in Jersey.

He may have meant mainland europe for Big N Rich...thank god.

As for Razorlight, it may not be a question of how big Razorlight are/think they are (well, they aint no Stadium band thats for sure) its all just marketing and trying to branch out into different markets and play to different audiences. Razorlight played a few shows with U2 last tour, as did several other big name british acts such as Snow Patrol, Keane, Feeder etc, who are all big in their own right and have headlined huge festivals. (Razorlight have actually headlined Punchestown oxygen festival).

I'm happy if its Razorlight at Twickers aswell as Dublin.

i doubt very much that razorlight will support in the uk, they are doing well enough on there own without being a support act in there home country

They are equally as big in Ireland, hence them headlining the festivals over here (which are, act by act, identical to the english festivals) so theres still no reason.
