This above was coped from groover's post since I can't see your posts. And you are wrong about certain aspects of an artist's performance. Trading anything official is clearly illegal. Trading last weeks taped newscast from TV (if there was news about your favorite band) is not. I agree that selling anything for personal gain is wrong too - if those live performances belong to anyone they belong to the band. But fans sharing live footage of the band that is not for sale is not illegal.
And if you are so concerned about bootlegging I suggest that you contact e-bay - they allow sellers to list just about anything. They will pull a bootleg if someone complains but that's about it.
You could spend your time far more profitably by policing e-bay than by harrassing all of us that enjoy what this band does (or at least some of what this band does).
And finally - many of us here defend Seb because he has been around here for a long time and he has made many contributions to this community. What have you contributed except to stir up shit?
