I sent the email and the only answer I had was copied from the faq of the site and I needed somebody to answer my email not that faq answer. |
Out of interest, what is it that you need to talk to them about? I'm sure a number of people on this site have used Ticketmaster in the past, and could possibly help you with whatever it is? Just a thought

thanks but is about a purchase I made. Just need to talk to somebody who works at ticketmaster in UK. |
If memory serves correctly, the normal Ticketmaster number is just an anutomated affair, but if you log on to "My Ticketmaster" I think they have a number there where you can get through to.
Failing that just keep skipping all the automated steps until it says to speak to an operator. On some automated phones systems just pressing 0 or * can let yuou skip the robot junk altogether |
