The cover song was Elvis' "Thats alright mama".. certainly not the first time the jovi's have covered that song.. must be a favourite of the boys..

and the botched lyric.. that was funny.. instead of "and when you close your eyes, know i'll be thinking about you" Jon sung, "well i'm so far away each step that i take" again....

then said "oh, thats not the words is it?" as they all just continued to play, Jon looking off into space, obviously trying to recall the next line, then said "oh yeah, i remember, i wrote this song!" :-)

Great gig, got majorly sunburnt in the nice little VIP area, and took 3 1/2 rolls of film in the 40 min set! wouldn't do it for anyone else but the Jovi's!!!!!!!

"That's all right mama" is one ofmy favorite from Elvis, i never heard Jon sings this song. Aussies are lucky !!!

I would have liked to have heard Love For Sale too.....the sound was so poor that you could barely make out the words. It wasn't until a few songs in you could actually hear beyond the serious echos.
