That's the reason why they don't play Something to Believe In

Just put it at 03:03.

Poor Jon, you can see clearly in his face the feeling that he was passing by at the moment. It was really hard for him.

I never saw that video... and since now i'll never complain about his voice and set list again.

Ouch...He's struggling a lot, indeed...

Well the Tokyo Road album, released in Japan, did feature the track 'Something To Believe In' and at some of the Japanese shows on that tour I think they actually played that tracklist in its entirety. The video shown is from Tokyo, but if you listen to the ones from or they are better performances from Jon.

No it didn't.

Bon Jovi did play Tokyo Road one time in it's entirety which was on the release date of the album in Japan. The show was shit though.

Oops, hadn't played it for a while, just checked it and it has 'Something For The Pain' on there. I'm surprised it wasn't on there though.

It's such a bummer to see that, as that is one of my all-time fave songs!!! Wish he would/could perform it - very powerful song.

isn't really suprising as Tokyo Road was a best with only hard-rockers, at least more rocking then STBI.
Anyway, that is a great compilation

While not perfect, the version in Nagoya about a month earlier was better:

I still like the Minnesota version from 2003.
Sure it's not perfect, and nowhere near as good as it probably was in '95/'96, but I still think it's a good performance. The video got pulled from youtube recently though.
