Most of the board seems to have vanished and log in is not recognised etc??

I can login just fine. What happened was that it got updated to phpbb3 (I think)

Not everything is fixed yet, but everybody should be able to login right now. The entire board was upgraded to the latest version of the software, which should be "bug free", but appearantly it isn't. I sort of regret doing that update. However, I don't understand why you still get a board that doesn't allow you to login. Send me a PM and I'll try to sort it out.

I've tried to sign up to there a few times, but it doesn't send me the validation email.

Someone else told me the exact same thing recently. is this also an issue that is still being worked on, Seb?

This also happened to me. When I tried to sign up again, it said that the username and email were already in the system. I asked for another validation, but that didn't come through either. When you think things are back on track, would you post a message? I'll give it another whirl then.

As I've mentioned Seb - there are many people who have tried to sign up and not been able to. I know of others from dime who have tried to re-register since the upgrade and still have not gotten an e-mail.

I can now log in.

No, it's not that. The board for some odd reason just doesn't send out any e-mails. At all.
