Why so few tour reviews?

I'm wondering why there is a lack of tour reviews as compared with previous tours. Are people putting their reviews on the paid bon jovi site instead? Is there a better place to go to read reviews?

Probably because of the poor setlists.

Probably because during the Bounce Era half of this board went to multiple shows, and now a lot of those fans "only" go to 1 or maybe 2 shows. People start to lose interest because they've seen most of it nowadays. Why visit another show when all you get is more of the same?

And they haven't done a real Euro or US leg yet.
There were alot of reviews back for the PRU shows.

They have only played New Jersey, a few selected places in Canada and two nights in Japan, so far. Not every member of this forum are from these places. Wait untill the main leg of the USA starts and the Euro tour.

Great minds think alike Kev......which doesn't explain us at all;)

I have a theory regarding the lack of reviews on this board, but I'll probably get blasted for it. Oh well, I'm tough. ;)

I'm betting that a lot of people who --

1) spent a fair bit of money on a ticket;
2) spent more money to travel to the show;
3) went to the concert; and
4) really enjoyed the experience (in spite of the fact that not "enough" rarities were played and that "too much" LH was played) --

don't really want to write a review only to be told (by a bunch of people who weren't even AT the show) that every last bit of what they experienced was crap. Some folks would rather just keep remembering how much fun they had and how fortunate they felt to see BJ in concert for the first, fifth or fiftieth time.

Okay, fire away! I have my asbestos-lined suit on. :onfire:

Very true. This is why I didn't write any concert reviews from the three Prudential Center, NJ shows I attended. Certain other forum-members ruin that, not only for yourself, but for everyone else. Shame huh?!

It is a shame, Kev. I still know that I was lucky to be at night 3 in Newark. Yes, it was just my first time seeing Bon Jovi live, but I KNOW that it was a terrific show. The band was on and crowd was utterly electric. The nay-sayers won't convince me otherwise. No, I didn't get every song I'd like have liked, but I got Living In Sin (still the only night on the LH tour that it was played, I think), and Richie brought me to tears with TD. I don't regret the 14-hour drive home the next day (on 3 hours of sleep) one little bit. I just regret that I couldn't work it so that I could see more than one show while I was there. Because I had such a good time, I'm going to 4 more shows (5 if I can get a ticket to the newly-announced date in Greensboro, NC) on this tour. 41 days to Chicago I, and I can't wait! :D

Night three was amazing.
And I'm with you in that no one will convince me it wasn't.
