Classic Runaway?

I just aquired the video of tokyo last month and was watching through it, when it cam to runaway i was expecting the Stripped down piano version but instead got the calssic power chord intro. Was under the impression they no longer sung this or have i just bieng dense?

You're beng dense, they do the original more than the TLFR/acoustic/pared down I think.

:)

Aloha !

They've been doing Runaway at about every show since 2003. Your This Left Feels Right version of the song was only played at half of all the shows on the Crush Tour and a few songs on the One Wild Night tour.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan

think he means the version on the crush dvd

The OP is referring to the slowed down/piano version of the song that the band played on the Crush tour.

no it wasnt i was just using that as the term for the ballad/slow version as jon did the same as he did with the TLFR tracks, execpt runaway was better than the others.

PS: OP?

So you class any stripped down version of a song to be a TLFR version? Even if it wasn't ON the album?!
