Anyone staying at Manchester Sportcity Travelodge in June?
 

Hi guys!

Just wanted to find out if any of you are going to be staying at the Manchester Sportcity Travelodge in June?

I'm staying there and was hoping to meet up with some fellow fans for the walk to and back from the Stadium..or possible share a mini van, cab?

Also if they overbook the hotel like Watchdog implied they had been doing in the past it'll be burnt down (in a blaze of glory, ahem!)

I wouldn't be paid to stay in a bloody Travelodge, rather sleep in the back of the car.

nope i'm staying in the centre of manchester and going for a few beers after the show :)

I'm staying at the MEN arena travel inn, not sure how near that is to yours.....

Nice to hear someone else is staying there! i know its reputation isnt the best but it said on the website its only 1 mile to the stadium and I checked it out on Google Earth and basically its 1 long road to the stadium.

It would be nice to meet up for the walk there and back.

I always stay in the Ibis at Charles St when I stay in Manchester. Its cheap and the place itself is clean and nice. Its right by Oxford Road train station and not far from Picadilly. We always go for a few beers afterwards in the city centre.
