Once again - nothing from the fan club. I just wish they would make a formal announcement and get it over with.

Intriguing indeed.

I think there is a good possbility of Central Park. I mean they usually do a number of Giants shows. Those two MSG shows don't even equal one GS so maybe they are doing this show as well for the NY/NJ area.

Yeah - that's what I kept thinking. Though we did get 10 shows last fall and I assumed that they figured they had saturated the market.

Central Park is a horrible place to have a good concert though - the sound sucks - the cops will hassle you constantly - the same cops will make sure that it doesn't go over curfew and of course if it rains there is no cover. Even an outdoor stadium has indoor areas for downpours.

Ah well - this one will probably be worth getting fan club tickets for since if you aren't up front - fuggedaboudit :D

Memories of Hyde Park for some I guess (nobody wants to 93,000th out of 93,000 :D). I was lucky to be close to the front.

I don't think so either. It sounds like the call/interview was the day after the Nashville concert -- which means last Friday. MSG had already gone on sale then. Very peculiar . . .
