Photos from Atlanta 2
Okay, I finally got through my Atlanta night 2 photos. Good grief I took a lot! Here's the link to a long slideshow -
http://s261.photobucket.com/albums/i...view=slideshow Again, the password is richie. Speaking of Richie, if you don't want to see LOTS of Richie photos, don't even go to that slideshow! I was in the 7th row on Richie's side that night, and I made the most of the opportunity. I finally got decent photos of the guitar that he uses during WGIGO (the one that I think is gorgeous and some of you hate), and I even caught him flipping the bird during HAND. I didn't have much luck with Jon photos that night until he got to Hallelujah. Then I got so many so that if you flip them fast enough, it is kind of like a cartoon. Here are a few of my favorites: http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/i...ta%202/019.jpg http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/i...ta%202/045.jpg http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/i...ta%202/167.jpg Link to night 1 photos - http://www.drycounty.com/jovitalk/sh...ad.php?t=44941. |

I don't have a photobucket account, but by 'the one he uses during WGIGO', do you mean that '59 Sunburst Les Paul, like this one:

http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/i...ta%202/094.jpg I think it is stunning to see onstage! I know nothing about them, but I find Richie's guitars fascinating. So many are just beautiful to look at. And then there's this one which has clearly seen serious use - http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/i...ta%202/225.jpg And that's the one he uses immediately after this one - http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/i...ta%202/211.jpg I think it is a good thing that I never learned to play guitar. They must be addicting! BTW, you don't have to have a Photobucket account to look at the photos. Just use my guest password - richie - and you'll be able to get into the album . . . and see all the guitars! LOL |

It's a Zemaitis: http://www.zemaitis.net/metal-front-...is-guitars.htm. Lovely guitar, though the Les Paul (like on the WGIGO on the LH DVD) sounds better through his Marshall amps. The Strat in that second pic is how my backup Strat looks, although mines a relic'd 2007 model :p
And the third one is his custom Taylor made from Koa. There was a Ltd Ed 6 string version, only 100 made (I think). This conludes my knowledge on those guitars :D |

I just looked at the Zemaitis website. WOW! The engraving reminds me of the engraving on my Dad's best shotguns -- the collector pieces, not the ones he actually used. Beautiful. |
Again, great pictures Terri. Thanks for sharing them. :D
