Had a great time at Rumba because I had media accreditation meaning I got to attend Bon Jovi's press conference.

Not only that, but I got to ask a question in the (very quick) Q and A session which I asked what the 20 year anniversary meant to them and what their plans were to acknowledge it

JBJ: It means we're f--kin old!
Richie: But we've had some great songs.
JBJ: We’re putting out a boxed set to commemorate the 20th and it’s going to be more of a retrospective - the songs that didn't make it.
It's going to be a b-sides collection, a covers collection, different versions of songs.
It’s not going to be just remastering all the albums, it’s going to be a rather deep collection.
That is how I think we’re going to mark the time thus far, call it 'Chapter One’ or something.

Oh yeah, and I got to shake Jon's hand at the end of the press conference (around 6.30pm) before taking my spot to check out P!NK (she rocked!!) and, of course, the Jersey syndicate!! An awesome and unforgettable day for me!

Anyway, just a little more info on the boxed set!

If it's going to be like that, it's gonna rule beyond all rulings! MUST BUY THAT TOO! I hope it's not gonna be that expensive. I got the Iron Maiden box set recently and it kicks so much ass, I hope Bon Jovi's one will be like this too.

No matter how expensive that BJ box-set, it's worth and have to be collected ! And after that, we're gonna waiting box-set for 25 years, 50 years and....100 years ! :wink: VIVA BON JOVI !

This sounds good. No doubt they'll write a couple of new songs to premote the box set. I'll have to save up somewhere in the region of £40 - £60 to get it though, if box sets from other bands are anything to go by.

So, we have a name now eh? Chapter One- sounds pretty cool! 8)
