Crap hey , i actullay bought tickets to see them on one of their headline tours , god knows why or what possessed me! It was the only gig i've left before the band finished their set. But yeah i'm not very happy about it but we'll just have to put up with it :p

Jim Bon Jovi 05-30-2008 06:28 PM

i'm not putting up with it i'll just stay in the boozer for another few hours.

bon jovi can (and have) do much better for support than this.

Not in recent years though (except I'd rather they'd brought Kid Rock to the UK)

Gun at Ibrox were still the best I've seen! Awesome!

Jim Bon Jovi 05-30-2008 06:42 PM

gun were a top band.

i think i read something about them reforming a while back.

i must have been about 10 or 11 when i saw GUN support them.

sadly i was too young to appreciate how great a band skunk anansie were at that point in my musical taste development and ignored them for the most part.

something i've always regretting since.

Actually, I'm with you there too.

I was just a bit older than you, but I do remember totally getting into Skunk Anansie's guitarist guitar riffs (the guy with the dreads)...but have to say, I didn't think much to Skin's voice. She sounded too squeaky and looked like she was on speed that day.

But they've still got some damn good songs...

Does anyone know whos supporting for Bristol???

Bounce7800 05-30-2008 07:18 PM

Cant believe they havent announced for Twickers 1- I mean what band wouldnt want to support there, or even at any of the stadium gigs?! There should be a decent big band, not unknowns like Goldspot- we need arena bands!

kenobi_on_a_prayer 05-30-2008 08:02 PM

I didn't even know who they were before; are they big over there?

KeepTheFaith2211 05-31-2008 12:02 AM

I thought The Feeling were only support act for about 4 of the 6 UK concerts(not accurate, just off the top of my head).
