1 pit or 2? Hampden, Glasgow

just joined the forum. I'm a long time Bon Jovi fan!

Does anyone know for sure how the Gold Circle is going to work this time around?

Last UK tour was the cat-walk and I ended up in second pit - okay better than GA :-) Time before was only one pit at Ibrox - brilliant.

I see some of the threads in this forum show 2 pits has this been the norm for all the European shows so far?

Yeah looks like 2 pits again, they fill the first then latecomers (like me cause I want some time in the pub) in the second. I am not bothered about getting right at the front, the only reason I buy GC is so I dont have to go in too early.

pub > sitting in queue just to get squashed in the front with the maniacs.


fwiw sonically speaking the 2nd pit in the GC is the best place in the whole stadium you can be for sound quality.

what time is considered early in terms of getting in line? For the first pit at least...

It depends on the venue, only Munich (i think) had 2 pits, so far.

good, good , good.........i might seem to go on a bit about these GC`s but with a 4 year old and a 1 year old to get sitters for from early doors i`m on a need to know basis of what time to arrive.

we'll have some idea after Southampton next week :)
