i assume its 23:00 isnt that the norm for the uk. I would imagine it ties in with the last train or something like that so people can get back.

If they're in a good mood. They stop when they want, I guess. Fingers crossed they will get laid, or something before-hand...so they will be in a good mood for the show. :P
