Next 100 Years

Does anybody think this will ever be played again? I think it's a very under-rated song, and I think it only got played during the Crush tour(might be wrong) so if it was played it would be quite big. I would love to see it return :)

Probably one of my favourite Crush songs. Liked it right away and it's stood the test of time for me.

The J-pop boy band version made me look at it a little differently though. :lol:

It was played on the OWN tour aswell. On the show I went to in 2000 it opened the encore, which was extremely cool with Tico being in blue spotlight for the intro. :-)

I always liked it, especially the extended beatle-esque ending. But I wouldn't call it my favourite song on Crush (those would be "Two Story Town" and "One Wild Night"). But I have some nice memories connected to the song. Yeah, it's good.

Never say never. I'd never have thought "Hey God", "Dry County" or "One Wild Night" would show up on this tour, so... but I don't see why they would pull it out. I don't expect it. And tbh, I would prefer other tunes to make a return ("I Believe", "This Ain't A Love Song", "Tokyo Road", "(It's Hard) Letting You Go"...).

It's a pretty good song, but it's just missing something IMO ... it's trying hard to be Dry County, but it's not making it. Perhaps it's that the verses are too simplistic, or that the guitar solo, as good as it is, is neither as well structured nor fits as well into the song as in DC ... it sounds like it's just tacked on the end for no apparent reason

I have my doubts they'd pull it out, it's not really a fan favourite, nor is it a crowd pleaser, and it's so long that probably most of the crowd would hate it
