Why are fan club members called numptys?
 

I'm just curious as I've read this a few times on here and other boards.

I'm not trying to start a fight...some of my best friends are numptys! ;)

What is a numpty?

I always felt sorry for that poor guy. And hearing that as a kid, made me scared of walls.

Seriously, some of the things they teach us as kids!

I liked it. I always hoped he would crack open his face.

I thought all Jovi fans got on well together but I was reading the 'Manchester' post on here and it cropped up again :)

So, you mean Backstagers? To be fair, there are a lot of numpty's over there!

All BJ fans get on? Ha, nah. We're a fiesty lot. At least on here anyways.

I know nothing of these backstagers...might have to go looking for some next weekend!

I've heard of Nuff-nuff, which isn't a nice thing to call someone, but that might suit a lot of Backstagers, haha!

Come on guys..spill the beans on the backstagers! How do I spot one??? ;)
