You can come whenever you want to. You payed for the Golden Circle so you have the right to get into the Golden Circle. Even if the show had already started when you arrive.

You probably get the wristband at the entry of the Golden Circle. That's where they usually give it.

Turn up at anytime, but if you're aiming to be as close as poss i'd say, leave nowwwwwwwwwww!
