You only need look at the poll results thus far to see that a lot of people are obviously annoyed by this still.

Indeed, I had a couple of months back in 2003-2004, when I wasn't so mature to understand how annoying spamming was. I then became a wiser person, took notice, and actually grew up. Only then, did I become a Moderator here (originally, Fun And Games forum only). I took on board what people said and learned from my mistakes. Some users on this board, don't seem to realise that they are in the wrong, even though ~80% of the board are against what they are doing.

Despite being asked politely many times (both on the board and via Personal Message) they still chose to continue spamming each and every thread, ruining the experience for others. It was never such a big ask for someone to be respectful to other users.

well, i dont think it should be a problem, as long as it doesnt get too outta hand, i did do it a little a few weeks ago, but havent really joint in much latley. So i wouldnt say we need the moderation..
