Welcome to Wherever You Are (Jeremy Wheatley Mix)

I was wondering whether to buy this song on iTunes or not and thought that maybe someone here could shed some light on how different it is to the version on HAND?

thanks

No major differences at all really (The drums before the final chorus are slightly different).

Just a bog standard remix, maybe sounds a bit cleaner.

Get it if you're a completist.

Personally I didn't notice any difference:confused:

It definately sounds slightly different, if you listen side by side. But nothing major like I said.

Or my ears could be going.

Just like that damn Dave Bascombe remix of It's My Life. He like what, made the keyboards more noticable? Whoop-de-doo!

I liked that remix better than the album version. Perhaps I'm going deaf.

No. It included more talkbox and the drum loop was mixed more to the front.

Salaam Aleikum,

Oh, well I've only listened to it like twice but I only really noticed the keyboards. I'll listen again anyway.

yeah i never listen to the album its my life now. in the dave bascombe mix the talkbox seems more powerful at the start and u can hear it in the chorus.

I don't know. It just sounds flat to me. I know the album version already sounds flat as it is, but the dynamic range in the Dave Bascombe mix sounds like it's been squashed completely, as if everything is forced into the mix.

Then again, it's probably just my ears.
